In this interactive workshop, Amy Ma, M.Ed. invites participants into an inspiring and practical exploration of living and learning villages in which communities - children, youth, adults, and elders learn, contribute, and grow together through meaningful relationships, shared leadership, and connection with the natural world.
Drawing from more than 25 years of experience in Montessori education, wilderness mentoring, regenerative community design, and rites of passage, Amy will guide participants through a process of inquiry and visioning to explore how villages can become living ecosystems of belonging, stewardship, lifelong learning, and purpose.
Together, participants will discover practical frameworks for cultivating communities through:
- Living and learning across generations
- Nature connection and regenerative leadership
- Food sovereignty and land stewardship
- Meaningful work and shared responsibility
- Multicultural wisdom and traditions
- Authentic relationships and resilient community
Whether you are an educator, parent, land steward, community organizer, entrepreneur, or simply dreaming of a different way of living together, this workshop offers practical inspiration and a pathway toward creating communities where every person's gifts strengthen the whole.

Through storytelling, nostalgic yet innovative songcrafting, and curation of impactful gatherings, they’ve established themselves as a standout live experience on the west coast festival & venue circuit, bridging an array of communities together while they’re at it.

The Medicine Show Revival is The Community Forward Circus. We travel from town to town with our three mobile stages aiming to empower, educate and entertain and to bring awareness to the medicine that is community.  After two weeklong celebrations for community resilience in the Grants Pass, Oregon area, in April and October of 2025, we have found our desired launchpad for our traveling caravan. We have decided to not only stick around for another weeklong celebration for community resilience in downtown Grants Pass, this Summer August 15th-23rd, 2026, but we also now have a 5-year plan here in the area, as we aim to make Grants Pass the healthiest city in Oregon.

We are joining efforts with True Juice in Grants Pass to create a community hub for health, arts, empowerment and education.

The Medicine Show Revival truly has something for everyone.  Delivered as a modern take on the uniquely American tradition of the prohibition era's Medicine Show movement, by the time we mosey onto the next town, yours will be tighter than ever.  The Medicine Show Revival; Empower, Educate, Entertain.

Sponsorship

The Medicine Show Revival is a nonprofit organization, and we are currently seeking tax-deductible donations and sponsorships.

We are currently raising funds for our upcoming weeklong celebration for community resilience in the Grants Pass, Oregon area. As well as our partnership with local health and arts hub True Juice, to purchase a local property/building to combine forces and become True Medicine.

We look forward to putting on a damned good show in the Rogue Valley and when we move on from this area, we look forward to positively impacting communities around the country.

Your financial support, sponsorships and donations make the difference in the difference we aim to make. Thank you!
